Biography

Jocie Adams, is an American musician, vocalist, songwriter and actress. She gave up her place at Browns University to study on a music PhD in favor of following her gut instinct and creating her own self-styled music. In 2007 Jocie Adams joined the indie folk music band Low Anthem supplying vocals, clarinet, dulcimer, organ and piano. In 2011 she published her debut solo-album "Bed of Notions" and the year after formed the music project Arc Iris. Still based out of Providence in Rhode Island, the former NASA researcher continues to push boundaries and carve new territory alongside band-mates.
