Based in SE London, Sally began acting in childhood, from school plays all the way to the National Youth Theatre. She trained in Live Art at De Montfort University and then set up her own theatre company - Gin Theatre in 1992. Gin Theatre specialised in new writing and toured nationally in the early 90s. Television, commercial and film work followed including The Basil Brush Show, Maybe Baby, Bright Star, Jane Eyre, Killing Eve and many others. Sally made her West End debut in English National Opera’s production of Cosi Fan Tutti directed by Phelim McDermott for Improbable. Sally is also a local celebrity amongst Lewisham toddlers due to her preschool music classes Singalong Sally . After raising two neurodiverse sons, Sally is an active campaigner for families affected by Autism.
